The work

What I built

I develop the frontend and backend workflows that connect marketplace orders, stock management, and warehouse operations. The application brings channel-specific order handling and inventory validation into one working environment.

  1. 01

Built frontend and backend workflows for an omnichannel WMS, covering marketplace orders, inventory, warehouse fulfillment, and reports.

  2. 02

Implemented queued Laravel order refresh for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, with 150 ms batch windows, a 50-order cap, unique jobs, and a single-order fallback.

  3. 03

Built stock-cutover validation and reporting that flags missing SKUs and blocks normal apply while invalid rows remain.

About these numbers

The 20 daily snapshots from 16 September to 5 October 2026 total 118,859 orders, averaging 5,942.95 per day. These describe recorded order volume. Of 17,598 inventory candidate rows, 17,540 passed validation and 58 were flagged for missing SKUs. The row count is per SKU/location, not unique SKUs, and the reports do not establish whether stock changes were applied.

Inside the workflow

Orders move across channels. The warehouse needs one workflow.

Cilupbah brings marketplace orders, inventory, fulfillment, and reports into a WMS. My contribution spans the Next.js interface and Laravel backend, including the paths for refreshing order data and checking stock uploads before apply.

  1. 01

    Connect the channels

Warehouse and order workflows connect with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and WooCommerce.

  2. 02

    Refresh order data

Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada webhook refreshes use queued batches, unique jobs, and a fallback to individual order jobs.

  3. 03

    Check inventory changes

Stock-cutover reports identify invalid rows. Normal apply is blocked while validation problems remain.

Batch processing with a defined fallback

The Laravel dispatcher groups refresh work within a 150 ms window, with up to 50 orders per batch. Unique jobs and a single-order fallback are part of that path. Stock imports follow a separate validation flow: reports identify missing SKUs before normal apply is allowed. Together, these show how I handle background processing and data checks behind the warehouse interface.
